If i could i would give zero starsOver the last weekend I had an extremely disappointing experience with your company . Having booked a Meet and greet which was confirmed on your paperwork , but when turning up at T5 i was informed that i only had Park and Ride. Arguing with the supplier when I had to catch a flight did not leave me in a good mood. They eventually sent me a driver but tried to charge me - which I refused. On my return on Sunday night the offer was park and ride or nothing to retrieve my car ! When I eventually was dropped at the car park where my car was parked they tried to get more money out of me before they would give me my keys. I argued the point and eventually they gave me my keys.

Absolute scamAbsolute scam. I will never use this company again. My flight was changed, meaning I needed my car earlier than planned. I was told my keys were at Heathrow and that the only option was for them to send their own Uber to collect the keys at a cost of £84 — an outrageous and unjustified charge. This is despite the fact that they are constantly travelling between Heathrow and Gatwick throughout the day. When I suggested a perfectly reasonable solution — having a relative collect the keys from Heathrow and deliver them to Gatwick — they flatly refused. They would only allow a so-called “random Uber driver” to collect the keys, which I am convinced was simply one of their own drivers, making this nothing more than a money-grabbing exercise. Completely unreasonable, inflexible, and dishonest. Avoid at all costs.

I dropped my car off with them, and when I picked it up, I immediately noticed several serious issues: The dashboard had been tampered with – panels were clearly disturbed. All my coins and loose change were missing. I had vehicle documents inside, and I now suspect copies may have been taken. Most importantly, based on what I found, I strongly believe my car was driven without permission while it was supposed to be in their care. This is completely unacceptable. I trusted them to look after my vehicle, and instead I got it back feeling violated and unsecured. Stay far away from this company.
